The Hitching Post project was a new construction home for our past clients who relocated from another town. It's a residential project that did not have the typical new construction selections as the previous owner designed it with personal and neutral selections.

Our clients wanted their home to feel welcoming and cozy especially as their home footprint had increased from a smaller condo to now a large first home. We wanted areas to be able to transition into kid-friendly spaces as this family plans to expand while also keeping up with their hosting parties. Both spaces were designed to be lounge spaces with intimate areas for more casual tasks.

Since this was a new construction project with a lot of farmhouse style features already, we wanted to add a rustic and modern flare with unexpected moments of interest.
