The Dominican Suites project was a townhome that had a fun challenge in designing around rooms with a more intimate footprint.

Our clients wanted a home that blended both her and her partners cultural backgrounds of Dominican and Afro-American. By incorporating cultural relics and colorful patterns we were able to create a space that was inviting and multi-functional.

By utilizing 3D modeling we were able to maximize the footprint and create creative solutions to furniture that allowed for additional storage solutions. The design was meant to also serve as a flex space for hosting opportunities and had to be pet friendly.
